All Credit Card payments are processed
by WorldNet. We do not capture or view your card details.
Your card details are entered directly onto the secure site of WorldNet who is
certified with Visa and Mastercard to the highest level of Payment Card Industry
Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). For ongoing payments, Worldnet stores your
details on their secure server (you
may read more about WorldNet and your credit card security
here).
Products are displayed in their native currency. You may select to
pay in Australian Dollars (AUD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), United
States Dollars (USD) or South African Rand (ZAR). All the items you place into
your Basket are converted into your desired Payment Currency.
Products are a once-off purchase and are debited against your credit card once
on the day of purchase.
Data dowload subscriptions are a Service that has a recurring monthly amount
that will initially be debited against your card on the day of subscribing, and
then every subsequent month. This continues
each month until you stop the service.
Data download subsciptions are due in their native currency, and are
automatically converted to the currency of your credit card on the day of debit
using the prevailing exchange rate. You can always see an aproximation of this
in your desired payment currency on the 'Subscriptions' page when you are logged in.
You need to register your credit card details with WorldNet so that you can subscribe to a data download service.
If you purchase more than one download (e.g. main computer and laptop) and/or
more than one exchange (ASE, JSE, UK, USA), you will setup a subscription for
each such instance. This ensures you can add or remove individual subscription
independant of each other.
You will be debited just once each month for the combined total of all your
subscriptions.
