to answer your unique three questions, one of our support personnel will need to
assist you.
If you have any other problem that prevents you from logging in (e.g.multiple
accounts set up with different e-mails) and none of the options discussed on
the 'Log In Problems' page resolve it, then one of our support personnel will need to
assist you.
