How do I upgrade my trial system to a fully working product?

If you currently have a fully working trial system of Market Master or Market Explorer, and it has expired, or is about to expire, you can convert this trial software into fully working software as follows:

Market Explorer:
The Market Explorer program is supplied at no cost.  The only on-going cost would be a monthly subscription for the daily data download.  If you supplied your credit card details when you signed up for the trial, your download subscription will automatically start at the end of the trial period. If you did not provide credit card details, or you cancelled your download, then please:

1:
Once logged in to https://online.primecharts.com, click on the Subscriptions tab.

2:
A list of download numbers and subscriptions, active and expired, will be displayed.  Click on the Action link of the subscription you wish to set up or renew.  You will be presented with the payment options relevant to where you reside.  Select the desired option (we recommend monthly debits via credit card) and follow the prompts.

Market Master:
To continue using the Market Master software, you need to select and pay for the software bundle you wish to use, and also set up the payment of the on-going monthly download.  Please proceed as follows:

Once logged in to https://online.primecharts.com, click on the Products tab.

2:
A list of the products you currently have will be displayed.  There will be a number of links you can click on.  One of the links next to Market Master will be 'Upgrade the Trial System to a Full System'.  Click on this link.  Select the program modules that you require and, if needed, enter your credit card details.  Once debited, you will be sent full instructions, and will be up and running in minutes.
