Navigating the PrimeCharts Online site

As you log into our Web site, the Home page is displayed. This page will have links to any special offers that are applicable to you.  Additionally, on the left-hand side, a list of Quick Links is displayed. These will help you to quickly perform many common tasks, such as adjusting your e-mail address (which is used to identify you and enables you to log in), password, address and credit card details.  Across the top of the page are a number of tabs as follows:

Products
Lists the products you have. Use this section to add extra products (a second download for a laptop) and extra modules for your Market Master software.

Subscription
Lists all your data download subscriptions for the software programs you have.  Use this section to subscribe to new data downloads or to cancel one or more of your existing subscriptions.  Subscriptions are added or deleted on a per exchange basis for each software download you have.

Invoices
Lists your invoices, both paid and un-paid. Select this option to have copies of invoices emailed to you or to pay outstanding invoices.

PDF Documents
A range of PDF documents with relevant information. This list will be customised to display documents relative to the products you have and the services to which you subscribe.

Downloads
Access to downloads of software that you may need.

Contact Us
Use this form to quickly contact us with specific problems as it will be automatically pre-populated with all your account details and other information that will enable us to provide a response.

Help
Click here to get to this set of help pages.  These pages are different to the help pages available to non-logged in users as you have many extra facilities available when logged in.

Log Out
Click here to log out.  Do not leave your session logged in and your computer un-attended, as any actions/purchases made will be deemed to have been performed by you and will not be refunded.
