I need to reinstall my program

To start your charting software again you need to refresh your program setup with an online program installation.  You can be up and running within 10 to 20 minutes (Internet speed dependant).

There will be a small refresh fee levied and an invoice will be automatically sent to you after your credit card has been debited.

Please proceed as follows:

1:
Once logged in to https://online.primecharts.com, click on the Order Program Refresh link on the left of the Home page.  This is the first page you see after logging into our Online site.

2:
If you have a download account for more than one computer, select which computer download account needs to be reinstalled and then click Proceed.  Confirm the transaction on the next page.

3:
Your credit card will be debited the nominal refresh fee, and an invoice will be sent to you, along with a further e-mail containing full details on setting up your system online.  You will be up and running just a few minutes later.

4:
If you have not registered your credit card with us, you will be prompted to do so.

5:
