I want to change the method of payment for my download
You can manage the method by which you pay for your on-going daily data download via the Subscriptions tab. The preferred method of payment is a monthly debit via your credit card. You may also pay yearly in advance, or for South African residents, via monthly debit order. To adjust your current method, please proceed as follows:
1:
Once logged
in to http://online.primecharts.com , click on the Subscriptions tab.

A list of
download numbers and subscriptions, active and expired, will be displayed.
Click on the Action link of the subscription you wish to adjust and follow the
prompts to cancel the current method. Once successfully cancelled, you will receive a reference number.
If you do not receive a reference number, the subscription has not been
cancelled.
3:
Return to
the Subscription tab. Now click on the Action link of the subscription you
cancelled. The link should show 'Renew' at this point. You will be
presented with the payment options relevant to where you reside. Select
the desired option and follow the prompts.
