I want to cancel one or more of my downloads
We really
would hope that this is not an option you will ever need to use. If you
wish to cancel your download due to any technical or software problem,
please use the Contact Us option to first let us know so we can resolve the
problem. However, should you need to cancel for some other reason, please
proceed as follows:
1:
Once logged
in to http://online.primecharts.com , click on the Subscriptions tab.
2:
A list of
download numbers and subscriptions, active and expired, will be displayed.
Click on the Action link of the subscription you wish to cancel, and follow the
prompts. Once successfully cancelled, you will receive a reference number.
If you do not receive a reference number, the subscription has not been
cancelled.
3:
If you
subscribe to more than one data exchange or, if you have more than one active download
number, you will need to cancel each one separately, if so desired.
Each cancellation will have its own unique reference number.
