Scenario 1 - You have already registered online

Consult the Frequently Asked Question:  I did register, but I forgot my details.

 

Scenario 2 - You have not registered with us via our Online Web site, or you are unsure whether you have or not

  1. Go to our Home page and click on the Set Up New Account button.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and click Register.
  3. If your e-mail address is on our database, but you have not as yet registered with our Online Web site, you will now be prompted to continue with the registration process.  Any details (address, products/services you obtained in the past) will be linked to your Online account.  If you feel sure that we have your details and yet your e-mail address is not recognised during the registration process, then follow the steps detailed in scenario 4 below.

 

Scenario 3 - You may have changed your e-mail address from that which we have on record

If you still have access to your old a-mail, then use your old e-mail address, which we would have on our records to complete the registration process.  After the successful completion of the registration process, you may change your e-mail address to your currently relevant e-mail address.

 

Scenario 4 - You have changed your e-mail from what we have on record and you no longer have access to your old e-mail address

  1. Go to our Home page and click on the Log In Problems button.
  2. Four situations are displayed.  Select the last, namely Request Manual Assistance.  You will be prompted to send us some details that we may use to locate your records.  We will change your e-mail address, notify you, and you can then register with your current e-mail.  Your correct contact details will be associated with your online account.
