How do I register?

  1. Go to our Home page and click on the Set Up New Account button.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and click Register.  Note the instructions on this page, especially if you are using a web-based e-mail system, as you will be sent an activation code.  Once you have submitted your e-mail address and are awaiting your activation code, do not refresh this page and do not close it, as this would invalidate the activation code you are awaiting.
  3. Once you have received your activation code, enter it and confirm your firstname and surname.
  4. Next, you need to select three security questions and enter your answers.  These questions will be used to identify you, should you in the future have changed your e-mail address and also forgotten your login password!
  5. For additional security you need to create a password by entering and re-entering your chosen online password.  Your e-mail address and this password will be required each time you wish to log in to our Online Web site.
  6. Finally, enter your address and other contact details.   If you have made contact with us before, we will display the details we have on record, which you may change as needed.
  7. At the successful completion of the registration process you will be taken to the logged in version of our Home page.
